12-18 Month Teacher

The position of 12-18 Month Teacher includes fostering an environment to promote the physical, mental, social, and academic well-being of children at A Perfect Start Learning Center (APSLC). The teacher will provide quality care that balances both social and intellectual experiences. With appropriate guidance, children will grow psychologically and socially under the care of the 12-18 Month Teacher and Teacher Assistants.

Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must pass background checks.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.

Ability to solve problems and act quickly in a crisis.

Must be able to multi-task and work in a high-stress, loud environment.

Must have strong decision-making skills.

Must be detail-oriented.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

Must be willing to be flexible and adaptable.


We are seeking a dependable and compassionate professional who values teamwork, growth, and the importance of early learning experiences.

Toddler Teacher

The position of Toddler Teacher involves creating an environment that nurtures the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of toddlers at A Perfect Start Learning Center (APSLC). The teacher will provide care and guidance in a balanced manner, supporting toddlers' growth in social and intellectual skills under the care of the Toddler Teacher and Teacher Assistants.
